Touring :The highways and paved backcountry roads are ideal for touring by motorcycle, car and bike. The roads are surrounded by boreal forests, lakes and rivers providing wildlife sighting, birding opportunities and sightseeing bliss.
Sledding :There are over 300+ kilometres of maintained snowmobile trails in the region. Trails connect to neighbouring communities and parks. There are day rides and overnight rides in the Temiskaming Shores region. Trail maps available from local sledding clubs.
