Rotary Park is a small green space park located in the community of Fernie, BC which is part of the East kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada.

The open space, amenities, parking and location make this park a popular destination for families and for holding special events like weddings and holiday celebrations. Rotary Park is easily accessible and within walking distance to many downtown services.

Fernie Rotary ParkThe park includes a very large adventure playground, with a steam train which is popular with the kids. In the centre of the community park are two large gazebo-like shelters ideal for community events and special occasions.

Around the playground and near the gazebos are some picnic tables, public washrooms and sitting benches. There is plenty of open green space for playing frisbee, having a picnic or playing catch.

How to Get to Rotary Park:

Travel to the community of Fernie on Highway #3. You can see the playground from the highway. Best place to access the park is from 6th Avenue and 6th Street. There is a paved parking lot and a large iron awning entrance sign welcoming you to the park.
