Heritage Park is a waterfront park destination located on Kempenfelt Bay of Lake Simcoe in the community of Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

Heritage Park is one of the many sightseeing park destinations located along the waterfront in Barrie on the shores of Kempenfelt Bay.

The park is home to duck ponds, beautiful floral gardens, art structures and one of the most unique water splash parks in Ontario, Canada. Your children will love this park!

There are large grass lawns for play, as well as, an area for nearby for picnicking.

Nearby is a marina, waterfront pier and attractions like the paddle wheeler called the Serendipity Princess (boat cruise).

But, for most who visit the park, the most visited section of the park is the sandy beach. An area of the park popular for swimming, sandcastles, play and sun tanning during the summer months.

Other amenities in the park include sightseeing benches, gazebo, washrooms and a paved parking lot for easy access by vehicle.

However, most access the park by walking, biking, in-line skating along the very popular Waterfront Trail.

How To Get ToHeritage Park

Drive : Travel to Barrie, Ontario and head down to the waterfront. Follow Lakeshore drive to the north side of the bay to the park located in between Bayfield and Mulcaster Streets.
