Experience Nicola Valley Rodeo Association hosting annual Little Britches Rodeo event at Merritt rodeo grounds.  Kick-off  event for another season of rodeo events that are held around British Columbia. This event gives cowboys and cowgirls of the future a chance to develop their skills competing against others who are in their age group. Rodeo life is hard and takes a lot of responsibility for all involved. The benefits attending and competing include, camaraderie, respect, responsibilities caring for their animals and sportsmanship. Although, you may think attending a Little Britches Rodeo is not that exciting. I assure you that it is very exciting.
