Grand Pub & Grill Presents Fast Folk Punk Duo 

Hailing from Gatineau Quebec 'Bastards and the Buzzards' entertained a large crowd at the Grand Pub & Grill this evening. Truly one of my summer highlights was meeting this couple and listening to their faster tempo folk music with such intensity. While on a three month tour across Canada, Asjia & Dan took time to tie the knot on Hornby Island. This duo complement each other with their lyrics, guitar, violin, drum, delivered with a punk folk-like storytelling theme. Dynamic, thrilling, energetic, upbeat with raw intensity describes 'Bastards and the Buzzards' live performance in Merritt BC.
