Kanaka Bar Band along with B.C Nature club Lillooet Naturalist Society ant the Nicola Naturalist Society all together will catalogue as many species possible. Come and join a day of community science led BioBlitz hosted by the Kanaka Bar Band on proposed Indigenous Protected Area. Coming together we will catalogue as many species as possible. If you are planning to attend Kanaka Bar's BioBlitz Indigenous Protected & Conserved Area Saturday June 10th. Please make sure to RSVP by Monday June 5th, to make sure they have dinner for all attendees.
Make sure to wear appropriate clothing, pack a lunch and water, hat and camera or phone. If interested in early morning birding at 9:30am. Otherwise, we will gather at 10am - 11am for information session our Community Centre. Dinner from 5pm - 7pm and count up. Followed by moths, owls and bat's from 8pm - 12am. Kanaka Bar Band Community Centre is the first building on Siwash Road.
